Tebtebba Indigenous Peoples’ Capacity Building and Advocacy Project for the Implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) aims to:
- Deepen indigenous peoples’ local to global understanding and action on the CBD’s Strategic Plan, 2010 Biodiversity Target, cross-cutting issues and thematic work programmes–with a focus on enabling indigenous peoples’ participation in national implementation of the CBD;
- Support capacity-building work with indigenous peoples’ organizations to strengthen CBD-related research, policy advocacy and education.
